Tightly structured dark nose with black berries, plums and faint hint of vegetal notes. Perfectly ripe tannins, the oak is at this stage noticeable though I expect it to integrate. Even though the wine has a fifteen percent alcohol it has a good balance showing very good varietal characteristic. Who would have expected a Pinot Noir of this quality?
