Intense aromatics of Cabernet Franc of coffee, blue berry, red plums and earthy notes. Very full bodied, ripe with the oak is very noticeable. The quality of the fruit is very high. I would prefer a lighter style but the wine is very well made and as long as the drinker enjoys this big, bold style it is a very good wine.
